First Aid at Work

This comprehensive 3 day first aid at work course is for people intending to act as a First Aider at Work. The course is designed to provide the First Aider with the skills necessary to give effective life support including instruction on the safe use of AED, diagnose and treat injuries or illness, and maintain care and comfort of the casualty.

Emergency First Aid At Work

This course is aimed at anyone who wishes to take on the role of a nominated first aider in the workplace and gives the delegate the necessary skills and information to deal with a variety of emergency situations. The course is designed to give delegates the necessary competence and confidence to deal with a range of illnesses and injuries in the workplace.

Duration: 1 day (6 hours)
Max Delegates: 12

Fire Safety Awareness

This course is aimed at anyone who requires a basic understanding or workplace fire safety including the safe identification and use of portable fire extinguishers, safe evacuation and fire prevention information. The course also covers good home fire safety advice including bedtime routines and fire evacuation planning.

Duration: 3 hours
Max Delegates: 12

Basic First Aid Awareness

The sessions include key areas such as Basic Life Support, Resuscitation, Unconscious casualty management, Choking, bleeding and burns. The emphasis is very much on practical application and it gives the delegates a basic knowledge of skills that can be applied well both in the work environment, and at home.

Duration: Half day (3 hours)
Max Delegates: 12
