T R Batt – Southern Water

I have been organising training with your organisation for many years, I trust the guys as I know they are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. In a previous Organisation, we had a fire in one of our Nursing Units, due to the training provided by our Organisation, the staff reacted in a professional manner, they did not panic but followed the fire procedure efficiently and effectively.  As a result only one bedroom was damaged by smoke and all of the residents on the Unit affected were evacuated safely.  The staff were praised by the Organisation for their actions.  Our Staff always comment that they enjoy the courses and like the trainers.
