Chris K. Plumb, Sussex Stone & Ceramic Ltd – Emergency First Aid At Work

I would like to give some feedback upon the Emergency First Aid at Work Training course that I attended yesterday.  I attended because I felt that it was the responsible thing for me to do in safeguarding myself and colleagues and it was immediately apparent that there was a gulf between the standard of training on this course compared to the previous courses I had attended. The trainer, Mark Coates, made the course relevant and engaging by the use of his warm and friendly personality and his personal practical examples and experience to explain the ‘why’ in addition to the ‘what’ and make it clear what the words in the manual actually meant rather than just what the manual said. Mark’s enthusiasm for the subject was infectious and he made a very good trainer, I would have no hesitation in recommending that we use Alpha Training again to deliver this course. Thanks for an enjoyable and useful day.

Course Attendee – Emergency First Aid at Work

Trainer was very knowledgeable and had good life experiences to share with the group which made it more interesting. Excellent delivery of the subject in a realistic environment. This was the best first aid course I have ever received with the National Grid, Excellent! Thank you.
